We built Codex Labs because too many good software ideas die between the napkin sketch and the shipped product. Agencies overpromise. Freelancers disappear. The handoff is always broken.
Our model is different. We take fewer clients, go deeper on each engagement, and stay involved after launch. We run two-week sprints, show working software at every demo, and bill by milestone — not by the hour on a blank check.
We don't do design strategy — that's Codex Digital. We don't shoot your product photography — that's Codex Studios. We take the brief and build the thing.

Define before building
Every engagement starts with a Discovery Sprint. Requirements, architecture, and estimate — before a line of production code is written.
02 — Design
Architecture first
Data models, API contracts, and system diagrams reviewed with you before development starts. No surprises mid-sprint.
03 — Build
Two-week sprints
Working software at every demo. You see progress continuously — not a big reveal six weeks in. Feedback loops are short by design.
04 — Ship
Deploy & stay
Production deployment, documentation, and a 30-day warranty. Retainer clients continue iterating. We don't do ghost handoffs.

Founder & CEO — Codex Corp
Anurag Bains founded Codex Corp with a clear thesis: the fragmentation between creative, design, development, and infrastructure teams is the single biggest obstacle to building a great brand. Instead of accepting that fragmentation as an industry norm, he built a structure designed to eliminate it.
Codex Corp is built on the belief that a client should be able to bring one brief and have it executed at every layer — from the first brand mark to the infrastructure that serves it globally. Anurag built each operating company with that end state in mind, ensuring they were not just individually excellent, but natively compatible with each other.
